L’attico si raggiunge attraverso una sessantina di scalini, all’ingresso, dotato di porta blindata, si rimane piacevolmente colpiti dal caldo colore del parquet e dall’originale caminetto che inizia il percorso del living, suddiviso in zona relax con accesso alla terrazza, cucina Cinqueterre del Design Vico Magistretti per Schiffini ed al piano superiore la zona home theatre con divani Minotti. Sempre al piano superiore troviamo una camera con bagno, le altre due camere matrimoniali sono dotate di bagno privato e sono rivolte verso la piazzetta medievale retrostante chiamata fin dall’antichità Piazza delle Signore Secche.

L’Attico è stato rinnovato di recente nei bagni, nei punti luce, nei dettagli della terrazza ed è dotato di box auto nelle vicinanze.

The entire project of the house is the result of an innovative intuition of the architect Guido Risicato who paid particular attention to the precious materials such as stone, steel and wood, to the round and soft lines alternating with geometric rigors and to the custom-made design furniture elements, all giving the property a seductive character.

The penthouse is reached via about sixty steps, at the entrance, equipped with an armored door, one is pleasantly struck by the warm color of the parquet and by the original fireplace which begins the path of the living room, divided into a relaxation area with access to the terrace, a kitchen with a large table and, on the upper floor, the home theater area with Minotti sofas. Also on the upper floor we find a bedroom with bathroom, the other two double bedrooms have private bathrooms and face the medieval square behind which has been called Piazza delle Signore Secche since ancient times.

The Penthouse has recently been renovated in the bathrooms, in the light points, in the details of the terrace and is equipped with a garage nearby.
